Great video. I'm a type 2 diabetic but I work nights. How can I get quality sleep?

Thanks for your kind words. I get this question about quality sleep a lot from people who work night shifts. For quality sleep, it's best to have a consistent sleep schedule. Be sure your bedroom is cool, quiet and dark. Use blackout curtains or drapes so the sunlight during the day doesn't interfere with your sleep. These are good things to have in place to get quality sleep.

One thing I struggle with is my doctor increased my diabetes medication which increases the nausea and I don't want to eat anything. I do intermittent from 7pm until around 9am or 10 am, then eat a snack. Im trying to find foods that stop spiking my blood sugar

Keep working to find foods you enjoy that do not spike your blood sugar. We each have bio-individual responses to foods. Nausea from the increased medication is uncomfortable. I hope you are using a CGM (Continuous Glucose Monitor) to track your blood sugar levels and responses to the things you eat and drink. This keeps you accountable and makes it easier to find the foods your body has the best blood sugar response to.
