I feel like THIS is the best way to do this. This is the video I needed to see frfr. I made a whole song putting hella plug ins on my lead, then some on my chorus and ab libs. I bounced it in place, none of them plug-ins and effects were on there smh. Would I have to restart the whole song from scratch?(i hope not bro LMFAO) you got a new subscriber

If you bounced In place they should be but I wouldn’t because then you can’t go back and Tweak it if you need to. You don’t need a bunch of plugs to get a great sound bro just gotta know how to maximize each plug to get the sound you want

Aye bro quick question, if I want my hook to have more or less reverb/delay than the verse how do I got about doin that?
@AKiLBridges

You have to automate the reverb put it on a bus routed to hook then press A on keyboard or hit the automation button in logic then on that track select the verb and you will be able to turn it up or down throughout the whole song I have a vid on my channel on it as well.

You can add the ‘Ducking Effect’ to delay & reverb. Side chain your the vocal you want less effects on and you can have the delay/reverb duck down when the vocalist is present 😮💨🔥

What’s the difference between an six track and a bus track? I use the same concept but with busses on studio one. Just wanna make sure I’m doing it right
@AKiLBridges
3 жыл бұрын
I’m assuming you meant a send track and bus track bro. But a send is a track that connects to a bus or a individual track that you put reverb, delay, etc on. And a bus is a track that you can route all your vocals to be processed all at once to sound the same. Making bus tracks helps save cpu cause you only have to use the plugins once and they can affect anything routes to them I always make a leads bus send my main vocals to them and then add sends to it for effects and delays which can be automated so that I have more control over the vocals. Hope this helps

Hi! I’m not sure if anyone will see this or answer, but I’ll give it a shot anyway. I’m new to Logic Pro and mixing vocals, and I have a problem that I can’t seem to find the answers to. I’m working on a song with around 10 vocal tracks that I sent to one bus, so that they’d have the same effects, but for some reason the beat track is also effected. I tried sending the beat track to another bus, and that didn’t work. I hope someone sees this, and thanks!!
