Water - 1 l
Sea non-iodized salt - 280 g (1 glass with a volume of 250 ml)
1. Boil water with salt. Let the water cool completely.
2. Pour the fish with cold water and salt and refrigerate for 6 hours.
3. Drain the water. Cut the fish into pieces.
