Would the simulated process be better than CMYK 4 color process as far as better quality images?

Curious, was it intentional when he coated the first side of the screen without wedging the scoop coaters edge fully against the mesh?? I thought it was always advisable to keep that angle of the coater applied evenly against the mesh as you coat? Does this allow for a thicker EOM?

Bad habit I have, I like to create the EOM by pushing through the emulsion but you would be correct.

Hi, I've been trying to make black t shirts with white ink I have a 160 screen but ink won't pass and it looks very opaque on the shirt and i also try to make it with a 110 screen and it wont look nice after a lot of tries on the same shirt, the ink is new and has the right viscosity but I can't make the shirt look nice. Please help and thanks. sorry my english is not my native language

Hey there! If you're having an issue because the ink is a little thick, give it a stir first! Stirring the ink can 'warm' it up and loosen it so that it is easier to work with and easier to print. The more you work with the ink, the easier it should get. I would suggest doing a 110 mesh screen, unless you are doing a print with a lot of detail. This will allow enough ink to come through onto your print. Please contact us at success@ryonet.com if you are still having problems! We'd be more than happy to help. :)

"ringspun or combed cottons have a tighter weave". The garment you are holding is a T-shirt, it is not woven but knitted.

hi! Love the videos! i just bought screen printing equipment, with about 20 aluminium frames, but 15 of Them needs to be re-meshed. is that something that I can do myself, or is is it not worth the mess? /Johan

Hey there! If you need to remesh your screens, I would suggest using a service to do it. You can find a few options for that here: www.screenprinting.com/screen-re-meshing-1

my design has parts where more ink is deposited and i cant seem to do a flood in one shot, because it wont cove the entire screen, what do you suggest? as a result i got some messy plastisol white around my shirt
@Ryonet

Howdy Alexander! Hmm, are you lifting the screen up when you flood? Could the problem flooding be due to your your squeegee size/angle/pressure? It could be due to the amount of emulsion over mesh, creating a deeper well. You can email pictures to success@ryonet.com and we will take a look! : )

Hey there! If your ink is washing off after you've cured it, that means that the ink was undercured. Your ink probably needs a little bit more heat, or time.

Can I use this product on my yudu machine?
@Ryonet

Sure you can. You would need to cure with some sort of heat though. You could also use WB Comet White and add warp drive and cure with a heat gun. The shirt will have a full cure in 48 hours.
