Nice job. Just a quick note. You should always remove the fill hole plug first, because just in case that you can't remove the drain plug at least you'll have fluid in the transmission.

One thing I've learned is always to use OEM Oil Filters. Unless you plan to change it every 2/3k miles.

How much more transmission fluid did it take the second time around?

On the Ceratec packaging it says not suitable for wet clutches, which the R32 has... guessing they mean don’t put in with gearbox oil, rather than it can’t be used?

The manual trans doesn’t have wet clutches, unless you mean putting it in the haldex, but I’m just using it in the engine oil.

What about the people that don’t have a car lift
@joshwalling4633

What about it? You don’t need a lift to do any of this. You need a Jack and 4 Jack stands. At my house I don’t have a lift, and over the winter I pulled the engine and transmission in my E36 M3 and rebuilt it. I also did a full service on it with just jacks and Jack stands. I’m happy to recommend some if you need any recommendations, but don’t let the fact that we used a lift in this video deter you. Having a lift for video just allows me to better show you guys what’s going on. Very hard to work a camera effectively underneath a car.

I don't have a lift. Can I pull the Haldex fuse and run it in FWD mode with the front wheels in the air to cycle the transmission fluid?
