I work at a shop and rarely remove the fork for a lower leg. If you do 5 in a day for example that’s a fair bit of time pissing around with peoples nasty disintegrated headsets/cables/garmins etc. Even worse on e-bikes with internal routing through the stem/headset, much easier to leave it on for such a quick job.

The oil, you just put it in the fork? You don't need to do it in a specific way? Apart that you need yo put an exact amount

I changed them later on in time, after 50 hours is not needed (after 200 yes)
