Be sure to send me your next video. I just watched the set up. Looks very easy and wonder where you placed it. and first time to see the lights included. I may order this one depending on the price. I like the easy clean set up.

it's in the garage right now. Goes out during the day. then rolls back in at night. it could stay out all the time but we've had bad winds and rain

Yes I'm n the high desert too and it gets very windy and super cold in winter and super hot in summer. Just trying to figure out what I will do as weather changes. Rolling it in and out of a shelter is good. So do you use the lights only wen indoors I assume?

Why so many seeds? I put two in my starters so I can be sure one will come up. I don’t understand why I would need six.

what they don't talk about is the ph must be at about 6.5 to 7.0 also the water needs to be circulated at least at intervals and they are using high intensity florescent lights a lot to learn ......................but worth it !
@duaneribron2051
2 жыл бұрын
5.5 to 6.5 is recommended, I shoot for the 6.0 range. Works best for what I grow. However ph needs can vary depending on the plant you choose.

Unavoidable. Even organic plants use "organic" chemicals, which are sometimes more harmful than the alternative.

I bought a bunch of large (15"?) plastic pots at the end of the season a couple of years ago, filled them with planting soil & planted my seeds! Obviously you can buy "organic" soil & plant food/fertilizer if you're concerned about that. WAY cheaper than this and just as easy, to my way of thinking!!!

I think I paid $2-$3 each for these big pots that I bought....they ARE plastic but they are made to look like terracotta so they are attractive. I bought some trellises from Dollar Tree for peppers, tomatoes, beans, etc. to climb and arranged them around my front yard and used them as decorative elements instead of floral plants. ( edited for typo )
