Nice clear vid, but you're showing one front corner of the block as being the downhill corner, and then the drainage on the street gutter is running the other way. It's kind of confusing to watch that.

Hi Jay, Yes, and on tight access sites like this it is vertually impossible once the building is started. It is not uncommon to see swimming pools dug before the house is started because of this. Also it is common to dig in the stormwater just after the slab is poured with the machine sitting on the slab if they cant get a machine on to the site once the building has started. Good to see you back... Learning a lot from you! Cheers. Have noticed the temporary fencing on most resi jobs here in WA, but not the silt fence. Maybe bcoz its just sand eveywhere here in Perth metro..
