Hello Joe, some of the best videos I've seen on youtube for 911sc, I have an 82. You've done vacuum and fuel videos. It would be fantastic is you did one on spark and timing to help rookies like me. Spark, Air and Fuel would cover 95% of most 911sc issues.

Hey Jose, very detailed explanations in a well presented way. I stumbled across your DIY videos because I rebuild my 930 Turbo Engine and runs in different issues with CIS/FUEL/IGNITION stuff. The video helps a lot to find weak spots. Regards from Germany, hope we´ll see new videos soon ;-)

Pulled a smoke test and got smoke coming from a hole near fuel distributor below it. I’m between the fuel distributor and intake boot. What is this hole?! Is it suppose to be plugged? 1982 911 sc Bosch k jetronic

That's where the adjuster screw is. There was a rubber plug that went there but they are usually gone. I've heard of golf tees being used effectively.

@@JoeEngineer thanks. I just read that it is normal? As it is atmospheric pressure? I was blowing smoke in through my distributor advance hose. Seemed the easiest place of entry.

It's upstream of the flapper valve so it's not a big deal. Downstream of the flapper is where leaks become an issue.
