We now keep a little shovel in the bag to make make a nice deep hole for the pole and for filling the pockets with sand much easier. For newbies, the trick is to do ONE ARM AT A TIME. We were two people doing the set up trying to be efficient and do two arms simultaneously and we couldn't get it to work. DUH. We love ours.

This is by far the easiest cabana I’ve ever set up/taken down. Love the colors too! Ours is blue/white stripes. Cheers

I wish you would have shown the take down part as well. I wonder how hard it is to get the bottom pole out after you pushed it down like that. 🤔

Thanks for the video - I was kinda surprised it isn’t taller. Are you able to stand under it?
@escapedomain

Hi Brooke, depending on how hard you hit the spike into sand, and obv also on your height. Im 6ft, and most times I need to stoop slightly to get underneath, and I can’t quite stand up when underneath…

You could put sand pegs down on each leg through loops provided for more support, but its doing pretty well without anything extra in that wind!

@@escapedomain Thanks for the response. Do I need to buy my own sand pegs? I was going to buy CoolCabana’s ‘Grass Kit’ and was wondering if those pegs will suffice?
@escapedomain

@@kane4013 The grass kit is really just for grass IMO (I have a video on that kit too if that helps). Honestly I think you'll be surprised how well the sand pockets hold everything down...maybe try without first, and buy some after market sand pegs if you need them? Sand pegs are not provided. Or I have a page reviewing some sand pegs/stakes on escapedomain.com if it helps
