Hello, I'd like to ask a few questions. Why do some store-bought prefolds on the internet look like they have something like square bubbles instead of looking like flat fabric (just like in a video titled "A Sew Cheeky Tutorial: How to Sew a Prefold Into a Fitted") by sewcheeky channel? How do you sew those lines on the fabric to make those square bubbles? The ones with those squares are not available here where I live even online. Thank you.

Great questions! Those squares actually appear during the washing process. Most commercial prefolds are made from diaper twill (not to be confused with regular twill) or swaddle cloth, which is available in either a double or single option. As the fabric shrinks, those "squares" appear in fabric. In the video, the prefold she was using must have been one she's used and washed a bunch of times. When you purchase prefolds new, they don't have the "squares" until they've been washed a few times.

Do you think I can sew smaller prefolds from big prefolds? I have a size 14x19 inch prefold but I would like to make them smaller since I don’t use them for the bigger child. And I am expecting a small one soon

You could easily make it shorter by cutting off some from the top. To make it less wide though, you'd have to cut the stitching off the top and bottom and pull out the stitches from the center panel and refold it unless you didn't mind the side edges being stitched with a visible zigzag or serged.
