Dave, this was super interesting-you did a great job presenting the subject. I am inspired to try some of your suggestions. Ha, ha, I just told someone earlier that it was good day to explore macro photography indoors!

Great video, Dave. Highly recommend the XF 80mm 2.8 macro for Fuji shooters... the colors, sharpness and rendering make your jaw drop.

I recently lost my macro gear I was storing because the company auctioned my unit, it's definitely a good time to start getting back into the macro videos and learning what gear I want to replace my old stuff with. Gonna 100% be buying another Tokina 100mm 2.8 macro, that lens was extraordinary for the price I paid for it and a d7100 body back in the day.

I have the Canon R5 and the 100mm macro lens but am struggling to use the in camera focus stacking for it. I’m yet to find a good explanation online. Your video has encouraged me to try again, any tips?

Shooting little bugs would be interesting. The smallest ones you can find.
