It happens again and again that I constantly rack my brain about so many things in everyday life. Significantly I often think about past things, what I could have done better, and future things that sometimes frighten me.
How can I reduce this inner voice, the critic in my head, or perhaps silence it all together, at least for a few hours or days? Is there a technique for doing this?
