I told my family that if they have to grab a new towel each time, then they aren’t getting clean enough when they shower! 😂

Put stops in place. YES! love your steps. They create peace in my mind and an excitement for a new fresh start! 1. ONE THING 2. Next RIGHT Step. 3. Put stops in PLACE. ("One Sec" app) 4. Automate Savings. (Absolutely truth!) 5. Minimize bulk (my office). 6. Simplify purse or wallet. (done) 7. Use Time Blocks. (Tried but too overwhelming for me yet) 8. Implement BOUNDARIES (OH YES this has helped SO MUCH) 9. Automated cleaning tools. 10. Be nice. (unless you're me-too nice, sacrificing me to a fault: refer back to #8 for personal space) You're such a blessing. Thank you. I'm going to CLEAR THE CANVAS that has become so much eye clutter and brain confusion for me first thing tomorrow. So excited to start. This introvert THANKS YOU!

When I grew up we would never even think to throw a towel in the wash after every bath or shower. My mother used a wringer washer and had to line dry the laundry. Most of the things had to be ironed including sheets from the bed. There were 4 of us in the family. Those 4 towels and 4 wash cloths were only washed once a week. There was also no such thing as a daily bath or shower. We would wash in the sink daily. Bedding was changed and washed once a week. Clothes were worn 2-3 times before going in the wash with the only exception being underwear.

Totally agree. Most things don't need to be washed after one wear or use. You just give yourself more unnecessary work to do and it's bad for the environment and costs more money if you have to run your washing machine that often.

My husband says I watch to many KZitem videos before I get anything done for the day. I’ve been trying to limit what I watch and for how long. I usually only watch them in the morning while I have my coffee but before I know it it’s two hours later and nothing has been done.

My mom with my 5 siblings would only wash the towels once a week unless they were starting to smell.

Ok yes! Love all of this, thanks. The mono tasking is brilliant. I am a huge procrastinator when it’s something big or boring…one thing a day will be what I will start doing. 🎉
