this important, my coach give me hardest hook to face left and right and then left and right to body to hit heavy bag as drill almost every day when i start, this sit down is good to keep in mind when doing, thanks man this basic but important.

Coach this is probably your best video I have seen. Your instructions are crystal clear and engaging as always. But while focusing on an easily overlooked but incredibly important skill (I was a cutey who tried to stay at range to avoid contact, but if I had sat down on my punches more, I'd have been hit less), you bring in a beautiful ironic sense of humor. You want to make that guy realize getting into the ring with you was the worst decision they ever made - I thought that once or twice!

This guy tried to take my head off in sparring last week. I kept trying to bring the tempo down... eventually I had to sit on my punches and a hook to the gut sat him on the floor.

Old school wisdom. Coach I am 70 years old and in bad shape. Parkinsonism. Spinal cord collapse. Osteoarthritis of spine and near quadriplegia. Im a cross between Ali and wilfredo gomez. The only time i smile is when your videos come. That's how i taught and that's how I was taught. Jamal could have benefited from learning how to properly dig in. You did not want to tacklevan old school inside fighter. When they dig in its like a leech attached to you. You aint going nowhere. He is going to rock you back on your heels in the corner on the ropes and sit down on his punches. So i still have memories. And those memories rush back when i hear you. Keep the sport alive coach. Peace.

Would this advice also apply to those holding mitts (or if in Muay Thai, holding Thai pads)? I'm a smaller guy and there's that tendency that I get pushed around easily when I'm holding for my partner. Should I hold with a lower center or gravity?
