I've never made pulled lamb before, but after watching this video, I'm adding it to my BBQ to do list. I love lamb, but you don't see it used too often here in the US; especially not on the BBQ. I'm glad I found your channel. It looks like you have all sorts of lamb recipes I'd like to try.

After a few hudnred bbq videos, this one is the best so far! That meat looks perfect! I see many try to do the same, but their lamb dries out and they still say "amazing" just for the video.... But u are different, ty for the masterclass on smoking lamb shoulder, i learned a lot on this single video! I will get myself lamb today and make this tomorrow, on a Pellet smoker...... Im not pitmaster yet + 4 small kids haha. Definitely getting an offset with more experience soon! Again, ty for this video! You made my day!! CANT WAIT FOR TENDER FATTY LAMB

That looks great! I smoked a lamb shoulder yesterday and used a yogurt marinade infused with lime zest, fresh sage, rosemary, thyme, and garlic! Marinated in fridge for 6 hours and then onto the smoker up to 203 Fahrenheit! Amazing! Love your slider idea!

Awesome video mate. Having a Australia Day street party next weekend, and I thought about doing lamb sliders cooking on my Pit Boss. Who would guess I would find a lamb slider recipe on KZitem. :) I was thinking of just doing a rosemary gravy, but love your idea too. Who says I can't do both. 😊

That lamb looks amazing. Here in my part of Texas we don't cook enough lamb, and we would utilize a lamb shoulder like this to make barbacoa if we're not using beef cheeks. But pulled pork is everywhere especially for entertaining at home. I'm going to try this sometime this summer.

Lamb shoulder is probably my favourite low and slow meat, it's really hard to stuff it up. You can serve it at that 70 degree range and it's like medium roast lamb, after 4 hours of so of cooking it's certainly broken down the fat enough, and then like this video you have the option of wrapping it to take it past the stall and go all the way to pulled lamb.

Out of alllll the bbq’ing smoking videos I’ve watched over the yrs this is the 1st vid on lamb which is a breath of fresh air for a change. Nothing better than a properly cooked piece of lamb. I’ve never considered smoking a shoulder. Thanks for the vid. Are you considering making your lamb rub available to the states?
