I've been using Anki for years now to remember vocabulary. I really liked that tip on using complete sentences with the words you want to use blanked out. That way you get to see the words in context, get comfortable with complete sentences and translate less in your head. I'm going to start doing more of that!

Very nice talk. Thanks a lot. It's just been hard to understand Lukas, 'cause there was too much R sound in the words and he spoke so fast! Lol Non-rhotic English is definitely clearer.

Translation is a language of its own. Each language has its own idioms. Hence explaining how difficult it is to translate from one language into another. Because you have to have the ability to think in many different ways
