In fact, be prepared to develop customer sources, and then import fitness equipment from international markets such as China, (I do export for gym more than10 years)because the prices are low. Finally, you can get money and profits. I wish you all have a good business future.

I'm in the beginning stages of growing an online platform as a means for online coaching and quality fitness information so a video on how to grow a large Instagram following would be great. I've given it several tries and always seems to get stuck at around the 200 follower mark. Follower/subscriber retention would also be helpful, I keep a close eye on the number of followers and it's almost as if some people follow you just so you follow back then they unfollow you. Maybe it's a video quality issue (editing, voiceover, information, etc.) or maybe it's a personality thing (not flashy enough, not lean enough, etc.) but I would love your thoughts on gaining and retaining followers. Keep up the good work!

This video is just what I needed. I'm relatively new to the channel, so I don't know if you've talked about this, but would you recommend a formal education in fitness before starting a coaching business? Are you yourself formally educated, or do you think lifestyle experience and working with people in person is enough to be a knowledge coach.

Thanks for the info Joey! Couple things come to mind: first of all, something I’ve been thinking about for a while now: taking gear to get much stronger for personal reasons but also to have experience in coaching those who are taking PEDs, with the added benefit of getting more exposure in the fitness and s&c community. Is this necessarily a bad idea or less than ideal approach? Second question how would one go about gaining more prominence on Instagram to drive more business leads for online and in person coaching? Thank you in advance!

Joe I didn’t want to do this here, but.... I ordered a shirt on your website the Friday before Christmas. I never got a confirmation email from your site. I never got a shirt either. However the money did come out of my account. I’ve sent you 2 emails since then with screen shots of the transaction from my bank account. I figured you’re busy or just missed the email. Maybe this is a better way to get a hold of you.
