Hi my name is Sibongile from South Africa, I am in a process of starting my own recruitment company.Reasons being I am tired of being treated bad in a work environment all my life since I started my work career no company has treated me well. I also love the recruitment industry because u get to understand and gain knowledge about different kinds of candidates, industries and also being able to part of one of those people who reduce the rate of unemployment in our country. I am interested in recruiting because after 15 years of business experience, one thing remains the toughest part no matter the industry and that is hiring. Hoping to shorten the learning curve and help attract the best candidates into my businesses. I feel its the one topic in business that everyone is a tad vague about. And I have had enough challenges hiring to know it's a pain point that won't be going away any time soon.

Wish I had seen this back in January when I got laid off. I tried doing contract work and split recruitment and nothing is working because the agencies I work with contract with terrible clients who never want to pay out and steal our candidates. So frustrated.
