@Thetestlead, I love all the content you have been putting out about the QA field. Any chance I can connect with you one on one? I am learning more and more about this field and slowly getting ready to get into it as I close out my previous field of work. Any chance you are willing to mentor someone on their journey? Also, when you say you have a course coming out in March, will it be more like a bootcamp that you are providing? I hope to hear from you, I love all these videos you put out. I am also waiting to see how your QA journet began. Thanks again!

Hey, how’s it going ? Just wanted to say I’ve recently come across your channel and I’m loving it so far! Very interested in the QA Tester field. I did have one question though, I checked out your site for the course, I wanted to know does your program include projects that the students can be hands on with ? Like, something we can use on our resume as experience ? Thanks in advance! Looking forward to all the knowledge I can gain to enter this career field.

Also, one more question. Should I be learning Java ? Or is Java not necessarily needed in the beginning stages. On job applications for QA Tester or QA Analyst I see Java and SQL are the major ones employers ask to be knowledgeable in. I see SQL is already in your curriculum, so was wondering if adding Java on my resume would give me better chances of employment ? Thanks again 🙏🏾

Hey, I will try to answer both sets of questions. 1. At the end of the program, you will do guided walk through projects testing various websites. You will be given instructions to follow, and then once you complete it, you will add that project to your portfolio and resume, which we will also walk through how to create. 2. SQL we do cover, and I do suggest as both a manual tester and automation tester 3. Java or any other coding languages are usually related to automation testing jobs. This requires a different skillset. For regular qa engineers or manual testing, coding like this is not needed. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Yes, I did have one more question matter of fact. Upon completion of the course will your students receive a certificate? I see it states that on the site. Just wanted to double check and ask anyway, as I’m sure it would look really nice on resume. Also, just purchased your book!! Can’t wait to receive it and open it.

There's a video on my channel discussing what I feel are the top manual QA bootcamps last year. I can't speak on it fully this year because I work with 1 of the bootcamps now so I am slightly biased. I will also have a manual QA course coming out before May is over

@Noel And Find an object-oriented programming language like Python,Java, or C# and learn the basics. Most jobs use 1 of these 3 and once you know 1 you can easily pick up 1 of the others because the high level concepts are the same
