I know this video is about good landings but watching you have bad landings really helps me! It stops me worrying so much about falling when I'm trying to improve my technique.

Great video, I always love the videos when you take us along your thought-process when training. I've always thought about landings as a three part act - you need a good take off to get the height and rotation, air awareness to know when to prepare for the landing and landing gear (legs) that are up for the job... I tend to stumble on part one and fly across the floor like superman 😅

The strongest part of my floor routine is that I can stick most of my tumbles well. I also am not doing the crazy tumbles your doing Rhys.
