Tony Murrietta don’t be so restrictive with your diet, give in two or even three times a week to a small chocolate bar, a snicker, whatever you feel like eating. Eating at maintenance or even 150-300 kcal over maintenance a day those few days a week is not gonna make a major difference physique wise and your weight loss goals, but mentally it’ll keep you going longer and not feeling like such a burden daydreaming about food 24/7. My 2 cents man

Glad you made this video as no one has really addressed this topic for people who struggle with binge eating and want to get in shape. I think one tip you should mention (and you do in your warrior program) is only diet down for a set number of weeks, take a diet break and repeat. Basically losing fat in smaller chunks rather than all at once. This will prevent rebound, and minimize strength and muscle loss. Also gets the person to commit long term.

In the morning if my face is a little puffy I’ll put on an ice pack while doing stomach crunches. I can do 1000 now. After I remove the ice pack I use a deep pore cleanser lotion. In the shower I use a water activated gel cleanser, then a honey almond body scrub, and on the face an exfoliating gel scrub. Then I apply an herb-mint facial mask which I leave on for 10 minutes while I prepare the rest of my routine. I always use an after shave lotion with little or no alcohol, because alcohol dries your face out and makes you look older. Then moisturizer, then an anti-aging eye balm followed by a final moisturizing protective lotion

Greg, I like how this video gives you the cold hard truth about nutrition. I completely agree, you learn by making mistakes and for some reason today I realized how sometimes you "try to play with fire" and walk away right at your goal and other times you get burned. For example, I had a refeed day today and ended up having 900 calories to play with (ate cottage cheese, Greek yogurt, eggs, and protein pancakes. 2000 calories). Decided to make a cookie cake and eating 1/3 of it would put me right at 2900 (600 over my maintance). I realized, this is going to be amazing to ate this 1/3 of a cookie cake but if I eat the whole thing I completely erase all the work from the past week. (I only ate 1/3). At the same time it only takes one binge to erase the deficit but on the other hand this truth motivates you to plan ahead and truly change your mindset about nutrition. -Wags

I know this is older, but it’s as if the KZitem algorithm is in sync with my thoughts by bringing this vid. Been making some gains, but realize I’ve gone WAY under on calories this past week and I’m less motivated, more agro, hungry, and seemingly losing muscle mass. What got me off my routine was freaking gluten poisoning and couldn’t eat much after. Majorly threw off my routine for a week. So thank you for this video Bc it goes to show- that if you go way too under on kcals- you will binge to get back to homeostasis and lose some results you worked for. Overall, listening to intuition is key! 💪🙏

Frozen Greek yogurt sugar free chocolate stevia can be meal. Zero fat sugar free and add some berries or nuts. Or leave plain. Sea salt on sugar free chocolate. If you fasted all day it's not unreasonable

Dude thanks for this! I was literally wondering why no has talked about the fact that being rigid on your diet or eating pattern lifestyle, is actually taxing. You have to train your willpower in many areas of your life, and the psychological toll is real. Some days will always be harder than others, and sometimes we have to give ourselves a break, a strategic recuperation day or something, to get back on track, otherwise the chronic stress can damage us more.

I do the hcg diet via injections, four times a year just to reset myself. I love it because I lose only fat and no muscle on it, zero hunger, and because it works so good i only need to do it for 2 weeks and I lose ~10 pounds of pure fat. I don't experience binge eating on it. It feels great.

this is great advice, I've had the exact same experience.... it's not such a big deal to add a few days to your diet from eating more for a day here or there, especially if it means sticking to your diet and being consistent in the long run and not having huge calorie swings
