I was told by my mental health dr that I catastrophes, but if you don’t think of the worst scenario then you’re not ready for it and lull yourself into a false scence of security. I don’t see the problem. I’m always ready for the worst but really happy if things work out fine.

A friend accused me of .catastrophising she was right it was. Left widowed 5 months ago my carer ,I have 9 discs in the neck and back and spine. I’ve had a double hip replacement 15 years ago and the are crunching away. I need a double knee replacement and my hands and fingers are very arthritic. I am 76. I am very much capable in managing my home and documentation, But I have had to cope with dealing with car my husband dealt with. I have nobody to help or assist they live 300 miles away. and have never helped. My anger is putting up with others peoples giving bad advice and letting me down deliberately lies. and the effects are I have to deal with everything twice. My husband spent 13 weeks in hospital one day okay the next he would die. I am having cognitive therapy issues related to upbringing. My faith in God is what helps me to face and accept these bad situations and how to deal with it. Carol

Let’s just sit back and let it happen… or not. We have much to worry about and fight for and if you don’t realise that now you’re lost anyway. The Govt didn’t have 200 immunologist for the divoC, they had 200 psyches lol.
