I think if Dr. Berg ever got a TV show of his own Big Pharma would demand that the network remove it or they will refuse to buy advertising time from them. Big Pharma spends billions in advertising dollars to push their poisons on us. Today's TV networks couldn't survive without Big Pharma. Think about all the Big Pharma TV Ads that end with the likes of: "Side effects may include vomiting, diarrhea, shortness of breath, irregular heartbeat and even premature death. I include something fermented in all 3 meals, kimchi, miso, sauerkraut for allergies and use turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, onions, yellow potatoes (potassium) hibiscus, matcha tea for inflammation, diabetes & blood pressure issues... Dr Berg you are a life saver. I'm in South Africa and so addicted in listening to your videos. Your videos are so helpful to me. I was diagnosed with endometriosis and haemorroghic ascites 10 years back. Last month I noticed my stomach was distended and my abdomen was painful when I pee. My period lasted 2 weeks and I thought I had fibroids or my ascites is back. I then CHANGED my diet. I stopped eating anything with sugars. Stopped dairy (cheese, milk, yogurt, eggs). I started drinking mint tea with fresh ginger and turmeric. Some days made hot lemon tea. I then reduced my meals to 2 a day. Today my stomach is as flat as a pancake. I can't believe looking at it. Thank you.

Everything I have tried from you has worked 💪🏽 and I've only tried minor things such as eating one to two Brazilian nuts that contain selenium to help with my alopecia and unhealthy scalp. 😅 I started mid summer after trying everything I could even a steroid scalp shot that I didn't want but my doc who gave it to me...after no hair growth for a year ...I found your video about hair growth ✨️ and to think you had many remedies and my lazy self only did the Brazilian nut everyday and it works. My scalp is healthier and my hair all grew back in the areas I was struggling with for a year in less than a month or so. My hair is shinier. I still struggle with mild scalp itch, but that's bc I sometimes forget to eat the Brazilian nuts for a few days or a week and lack discipline in caring for my scalp. I'm a single parent always doing everything alone so sometimes I neglect myself. Eating 1 to 2 pieces of Brazilian nuts is quick to do and you don't need much given they cost. Thank you Dr. Berg! Excellent video. Perfect timing as well. A suggestion for a future topic- peanut/tree nut allergies and the science behind how the immune system attacks such invaders. Many folks (in the general public) are insensitive to these life threatening allergies. Educating is everything and who to do it best, Dr. Berg!

Yes, he made at least one video on peanut allergies. He made videos on autoimmune issues too. Some are easier to find on his website or by asking his staff.

One thing that made a big difference for me after sorting out food sensitivities and gut issues was food combining, especially avoiding fruits and sugars after eating slower digesting foods, and avoiding drinking after eating. Which go right into proper digestion.

Truer words never spoken. I’m now 73 and boy even with my good weight, health and diet I definitely have this issue now. I use ACV and the Betaine Hydrochloride ( yours) problem solved. I’m not keto but close it seems.

Really great advice. I just wish I wasn't so confused. I have severe osteoarthritis, cardiomyopathy, I'm pre-diabetic, fibromyalgia in my lower legs, mild diverticulitis, chronic frequency, insomnia, chronic depression (well managed) and flatulence. To say I'm lost and confused is an understatement. I have a lot of living to do but all I think about is that death is getting closer and I wonder if I’ll wake up in the morning. Hence the depression.
