Hi, I was wounded if you might speak to the hand first instead of hip first as some online are advocating.. Ty❤ Ie: Load Get low Hand to the ball. Mmmmm.

@@JaiHasan-cj7jn As you come to make contact with the ball, I believe your hips should be leading the motion. Your racket hand should follow through the stroke, but it’s important that your body rotation and hip movement drive the power. Essentially, while your hand and racket moves towards the ball, the hip rotation leads the motion, this ensures that the power and stability come from your body rather than just your arm 👍🏼

Take one part the shoes the sock yo be right . Before play walk for fifteen minutes . The stayback advise is easier to do. The fet feel ok in doing what you ask . . The water and other areas if I run two sets my weight drops this remives the blocks so do play and lose the weight refeed it's not possible to store it's like what ?
