Teal... you literally cured my debilitating OCD I’ve lived with for years in 11 minutes through a video lmao. THIS is ALL I was looking to be told by any damn medical professional, but nope! You’re changing the game, they all need to be trained under you or at least learn from you..... WHY didn’t I find this earlier!!!! Damn! Well, maybe I wouldn’t have been ready to receive the message and would be resistant towards it had I come across this earlier. I’m now very open to it and started applying it INSTANTLY! THANK YOU, BLESS YOUR HEART INFINITELY! I’ve taken what’s always been mine back.🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🤍💗💓💗🤍♾🥺😭😭😭🤧🤧🤧

My understanding is this: The soul is your ethereal, 'higher' self. Your soul initiates thought/intent, which is interpreted by the brain and translated into 'emotion', which causes physical sensations in the body.

that is understandable 😊. I think of: emotions: something felt thoughts: words/ images seen/heard soul/inner voice: pineal gland If tuning into & differentiating between these is your desire, I'm not sure if this helps , but for me I have found help from doing Brian Scott's chakra meditations. Start with the root chakra. Most white Americans tend to not have their root chakra activated. Much love 🧡, Holly Marie

this very much sounds like a technique against OCD. However I would like to hear Teal analyze this topic in more detail. OCD thoughts are not simple thoughts, they bear this message of danger, urgency and life or death importance along the basic information in the thought. Thus the OCD thought is sitting in the background even if the attention is focused somewhere else.

@@sanny-nk9re well everyone has disturbing thoughts, but not everyone obsesses about them or performs compulsions to get rid of the anxiety. I have OCD too and my therapist showed me a funny cartoon about two different streams of consciousness. Person A (no OCD): That guy has a nice sweater. I could pick up this knife and stab him, and then his blood would get all over it and ruin it. Just like I spilled coffee all over my favorite shirt last week. I wonder if they still have that shirt in stock. I'll invite Sharon to go shopping with me next week and see if I can find it. She has been doing so well at her job, but I am worried about her marriage.... Person B (OCD): That guy has a nice sweater. I could pick up this knife and stab him, and then his blood would get all over it and ruin it. Oh my god, what is wrong with me?? Why would I think something like that? Can he tell that I am thinking this? I need to get away from the knife, or he could be in danger. Knives are dangerous and should be avoided. Don't look at the knife. Don't look at his sweater...

This video came up just in time. I am currently staying with my family until the end of summer and dang it's tough! Every day when I am at home with them I get so drained because they don't understand and respect my boundaries ( I need space and my alone time to self reflect), we get into fights every week. I start to think negatively whenever I am around them, probably because I am still angry with them. I am draining myself by overthinking way too much these days, I start to have white hair ( I am only in my 20s! :o ). I am really grateful that you made this video. I will have to watch and practice what you said a few more times before I can get the hang of it. Thanks Teal!! Sending you and your crew love from HK

You might want to do some emotional body clearing as well, esp. when it comes to family ties -- I think this You-tuber has a video on that as well. Emotions are far more powerful than mere thoughts, because of the momentum of consciousness that they pose as extremely magnetic imprints that can go deep, which will bombard you with like thoughts to incessantly have to deal with.

SYNCHRONOCITY at it's finest.... This was extremely on point. I've been slacking off "spiritually" these past 2 weeks. Not working that much on myself, not meditating not going out in nature etc etc... I would think about it then it would pass. today I started having a bit of anxiety so I decided to meditate, it felt good, however, 5-10 mins after the meditation i started having some more anxiety and I fell directly on this video. It feels good of actually seeing the thoughts for what they are instead of "experiencing" them. Thank you Teal for all the help ! Another ace up our sleeves ! Have a good one !

THANK YOU for offering techniques for visual and auditory "thoughts". I have not often heard this addressed by mindfulness teachers. It's a level of thinking that really started to emerge for me when the layer of wordy thought becomes quieted. Now that I am aware of this form of thinking within me, it can become overwhelming, sometimes shockingly detailed. I love the idea of crumpling up a picture or filing away a photo. Sometimes those vision from my inner being and are worth watching and understanding, but allowing them to hijack my attention and investment for too long gives my power to focus and integrate away. I forget that it is a vision of my own creative spirit, not an external spirit haunting me that I must bow down to.

I'm realizing that I view all of my thoughts as different versions of myself walking in front of my mind's eye and kind of "performing" whatever thought they're trying to convey. What I used to do for my whole life before watching this video was just ignore them, or worse yet, scream at them to leave me alone and go away and that I hate them. Now that I've seen this video and many other of Teal's, I'm realizing that what I should be doing is actively walking right up to those different versions of myself, looking them in the eyes, and hugging them with all of my heart and soul. I tell them that it's okay to feel this way and that they do have a purpose in my life, but right now, their presence is not needed. Go rest up and save that energy for when I _do_ need you, because then you'll be able to make a contribution that could significantly help me or someone else later on. I basically view all of my thoughts as perspectives that must be acknowledged and explored before they can be dismissed to rest. When I do this, the version of myself that I was hugging suddenly vaporizes and floats into the sky of my mind and the universe, and therefore into the essence of my higher self where he heals and realizes his inner love warrior. By practicing this method, I've had SO much more more emotional energy, which allows me to deal with hardship with much more ease, which means I've also been sleeping better, which then gives me more physical energy, which then translates to more spiritual energy. It really is a chain reaction. I've only been enacting this thought process for a few months and my life has already _drastically_ changed for the better, both internally and externally. I can't believe some people seriously try to pin Teal as a cult leader 😂 she's out here saving lives. People save themselves, which then leads them to save others, and then those others save themselves, which leads to even more others being saved. It's genius.

And I wander whether it is her energy that affects me from the screen if that's possible or whether it's my own associations I have to her, things like she is a mirror and she is a shadow worker. And I tend to get this sort of question a lot with things ie. is it their energy that directly affects me or is it me responding in a certain way to them that affects my energy.

Hi, dear TealSwan, ever since I started on this consciousness path, I was able to tap so much into my consciousness and discover that I am Awareness and it all felt so good, but now my mind seems to be clamping down really hard, and it's like there's an entity in my head that's constantly over-reactive and causing all sorts of clenching or tightness in my body, it makes me unable to burp or fart or poop easily, it's amplifying the pain I feel from all sorts of things and feelings, and it's affecting my life really much. When I try to talk to this entity, I always get the same answers, it wants me to suffer, and the reason it is here is because of all the consciousness work that I did, and that it is killing it, so it wants me to stop, but I have already stopped for so long, almost weeks, but this entity is still here, and it's just making life harder and harder by the day, I'm like having constipation and bloating just from the fact that mind is so tight that it won't let me release, and my entire life is now centered around finding ways to burp and fart and poop. No matter how hard I try to make peace or be friends with it, it just stays silent, and gives me no answer, and whenever I even think about anything that's slightly triggering to it, like abiding in God consciousness, or meditating, or simply being jolted by sudden movements, and noises, it just goes absolutely nuts, and clenches up completely, making the top of my head feel like there's a clamp on it. I really need help on this, have you or anyone here encountered such a phenomenon before? And what would you guys recommend I do to put an end to this? Is there a way to come to peaceful terms with it? A way for it to just let go if I would stop the meditations? Do I just give it time to calm down? It seems worse and worse each day. Do I keep on practicing meditation regardless of how painful it is and maybe it will be gone forever? But it just feels worse and worse the more I do it, and it always comes back, and it feels wrong to be forcing things like this. I feel like my life is really going to end if I don't find any solutions, anyone who has any idea what's going on and what I should be doing, I would be so grateful to hear from you!

All good advice, it is possible to stop thought completely with time and practice by focusing on the breath or other body sensations. Only one thing I would add that I have found works for me is not to name a thought. The reason being is once you give it substance by naming a thought it can then start to form associations in the mind that then lead on to other thoughts thereby trapping you in a never ending thought chain. Instead of naming a thought best to just acknowledge it and just simply label it thinking thereby breaking the chain of association. You can then just watch it arise without being attached to it or feeding it in any way that can generate new thoughts. You can then watch is slowly dissipate with no energy to sustain it. Do this often enough over time and the mind will eventually become still.

It is good you discuss this. Stopping thought to observe the mind is the fundamental principle of real Buddhist meditation. Vipassana/Samatha of early Buddhism,, "Chih-Kuan" of Tientai in Chna, known as Shi-Kan in Japan. Tientai wrote the "Maka Shikan" ---"Contemplation and Insight" full title means to stop the mind and observe it. This was later summed up by Nichiren in Japan as using the title of the Lotus Sutra (myohorengekyo) to fuse ones self to, to stop the mind and observe the "True Object of Worship" which is the "3000 lifestates in a Single moment of thought" Or the Great Mandala as depicted by Nichiren. This is experientially based as the Mahayana Lotus Sutra---Saddharma Pundarika. Ultimately in full stopping of the mind, the Middle Way opens up and unfurls itself. Technically this stopping and fusing was called "kyochi myogo" fusing subject and object together in an instant. Were one in an especially deep, accentuated, alert meditation, able to stop the mind an amazing event occurs, this was known in the Saddhama Pundarika Sutra (Myo ho renge Kyo) as the "Ceremony in the Air."

having problems from the past and building up/accumulating trauma and being accused of stuff leads to thinking the worse without having any control!!!

Thank you for this video...for all you videos. I have been starting to put myself out there in the public eye and it's not an easy thing to do. I am very appreciative for all your hard work. Very helpful indeed!

A great method that I use is if the thoughts are of the past or future, I will take my crystals and repeat the exact date and time and describe my surrounding and current life circumstance. Brings me back to reality

I so needed this right now, I was just thinking i should really meditate and this came up. i always find it hard to keep a meditation practice because i get intrusive thoughts coming in and instantly react to them and then end up giving up. >.
