It's harvest time for squashes. We look at the best way to harvest, store and preserve your crop. One of our favourite ways is to dehydrate marrows which generally last around 6 months in storage. Dehydrated marrows can be enjoyed like crisps or in a whole range of recipes. The dried marrows can also be powdered and used or used to top up bouillon.
