You have no idea of the impact that you made on my life. From when i was studying, not knowing what to do after i finished school, to now celebrating the first 6 months at a game company, your occasional videos have been in my ears and really kept me motivated. Thanks Akash

Just get these free soundpacks! There's over 200 gigs and they're fantastic: sonniss.com/gameaudiogdc No conferences upcoming for me in 2023! I'm going to get back to them in 2024.

As someone who loves to quietly work away solo in the LED glow, and also finding more and more this is an all-to-common trait of the everyday creative, its crucial to be reminded of the insanely obvious fact that NO ONE CAN FIND YOUR STUFF IF YOU ARE NOT SHARING STUFF! lol I also feel what is a serious issue hamstringing most who want to get into the creative industry is the idea of learning the business side of things. Again, incredibly obvious that you cannot get paid if you don't understand HOW to go about getting paid. I've found talking to others that its often very intimidating. I know personally its kept me on the sidelines for far too long and I'm actively working to remedy this

This is very common! It doesn't come naturally to most people (myself included) but it absolutely has to get done! A mediocre composer who shares their work regularly will do far better than a good composer who is invisible, after all. Think of business skills as just people skills. Every business interaction you have will be with other humans, so learning to work with people is always a wise thing to focus on.

Akash, love your channel and videos. Could you consider doing a video on interview situations? Maybe just things to consider or questions you would ask someone if you were interviewing them and elaborate why you want to know these things. Just a thought. Cheers!
