We're finally (slowly) processing our videos from last spring! Something fun I (Tanja) tried is to tap a birch tree.
The process was a lot easier than I thought and we enjoyed a couple of bottles of sap before plugging the hole in the tree.

I saw a friend use these with mason jars hanging underneath.
But as you can see, my cheap straw and random bottle worked just as well!
