Forego "physically" going to school. Internet school classes with full curriculum, for everyone for free. From bullies, to underpaid teachers, to spreading viruses, wouldn't be a problem anymore. Teachers can teach much more students and we wouldn't need so many teacher to teach the same thing, just at a different place due to classroom max capacity. A lot of teacher will lose their job, if we don't need some many to teach the exact same thing, but it would free up other careers for ex-teachers to explore.

In the TEFL diploma, classroom dynamics are a study topic part of teaching skills - this video deals V much with 'classroom aesthetics' and can be just as important to get as rights as good eloquence, grammar, detail, attitude etc. I don't think surface concerns will EVER take away from a good teacher who is knowledgeable and professional and enables an excellent student but it is SO important to consider these elements. Bit like a tutorial on visuals.

Thank you Kristina. These are such great ideas and guidance for online teaching. I just found your channel today and I will be sharing this link with Children's Ministry volunteers. So many Sunday School teachers have been thrown in the deep end and having to do online Sunday School and they are exhausted! These simple ideas will be such a help. Can't wait to have a watch through your other tutorials. God bless you!

Hey, Susan! Thank you so much for your kind words. I love that you found the video to be helpful enough to share with your Children's Ministry Volunteers. I would be honored to hear if you have any more video requests that would help them---please feel free to email me if you want to talk about it: TeacherKristinaGarcia@gmail.com. To borrow some words from Paul, "Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing" (1 Thessalonians 5:11)
