The way u explain to control your weight at the front put with putting some stuff to control your foot to step over it.. It just my master did to me.. I am a silat practitioner.. And my master did that to me.. Dont put your weight to your front put when u throw a punch.. Or in boxing it is call jab.. Just like what marvin said.. Once your body learn to cntrol the weight.. U will move very efficiently, it will be helping u to build your foot work.. Basic.. This is basic.. Like i said.. I learn this drill from my silat master.. For one freaking year.. This control.. One year.. And your body posture, body alignment, and body position.. If u master this things.. U can move easily to attack, or to defend from your opponent..

Cool. I love how he breaks everything down and how he gets you to understand exactly what he is aiming for, for his training. An excellent video to learn from

Good boxing reminds me of wing chun tbh. less stiff, less blocking contact though. I know all "kuen" is just boxing but they feel so related, especially ancient boxing.

+Marvin Cook Cosell said Benitez was sticking his chin out when he jabbed and that Leonard would capitalize on this! Someone said Robinson didn`t step in with the jab, one part of your vid vindicated this tactic. So a fighter that jabs like Ray would have an advantage against a inferior jabber like Benitez?!
