What a brilliant demonstration, thank you so much. I'm currently using home-tied lasoos with a float stop to tighten up to the pellet. But I'll learn how to tie this as I think it's better. I don't use bands because I've found they tend to snap due to being stretched a few times. Thanks again.

Good video only question is once the pellet has been used how do you replace it?? If you've trimmed your line down? Surely you have to tie another knot??
@CB-xr1eg

Just slide the knot up and down, it's really "knot" difficult.🤣

Great vid, I’ve been tying all my hooks like this then if I’m using baits like maggots caster worm expanders and don’t need the lasso just trimming it off, saves on prep and hooks ✌🏽

Hi Darren. Great video/tip. Do you tie different size lasso for different size pellets. Asking as I assume a bigger loop on a smaller pellet would sit further away from the hook

How do you stop the loop closing in on it’s self?
@GarbolinoUK

You can add a tiny piece of silicone inside the loop if necessary, but normally all you need is a knot picker spike to open the loop out bigger if it goes too small. Normally it will not go so small in normal use even if you eventually strike the bait off.
