How to tie a tie - reading the shorthand - Kelvin Knot
In this video I demonstrate a skinny tie on a spread collar. Asymmetric knots work great, but the oriental or four in hand may be too small on a skinny tie to compliment the spread collar.
When you're reading the short hand, the more steps in the knot, the more fabric is being used and the larger the appearance of your knot. The Kelvin Knot is mid range in size and compliments the skinny tie and spread collar well.
