@@ijazgillani1989 Long head do overhead extensions or skullcrushers but dont keep your arm perpendicular to your body, let it drop back a bit to put more stretch on the long head of the triceps

Definitely like your videos, some of them don't show very clearly what you're doing, especially with the sleeve parts, it would be nice to see some close up video footage of the sleeves getting tapered or trimmed. Some of us have never done this before and we need some extra special attention when it comes to this stuff. LOL

...I don't think I own a single t-shirt that fits my super skinny arms even half as close as your "BEFORE" sleeve fit you. I WISH mine fit as close as yours did before you altered it! I'm 6'2 and stay around 150-160lbs no matter how much I eat or workout. If I really pig out I only just get a bit of belly fat. My arms get stronger/firmer but not bigger. Either way, I need a sewing machine! Not even "tall and slim" stores or brands have stuff that fit me. I've lived my life perpetually in a poncho...

I just did this to a couple shirts and it's night and day with how much better they look on me now. I'm about to hit all my tees and short sleeve button-downs that need to be slimmed in the sleeves. Can you do a video soon on hemming (and the different types of stitching for hems) as well as showing us how to avoid things like dimples and bunching in pants when tapering them? A video on how to fix diaper butts by adjusting the seat of pants would be awesome too!

@Dun Mealder im assuming hes a big guy. I used to be like that years ago. I had to wear large baggy shirts because i had a huge stomach but short arms so the shirt sleeves reach the elbows.

looking for a fix for women's clothes, saw this, am hooked and subscribed, even though you seem guy-centric...Since I'm here (and you are very charismatic and have a gift for teaching this stuff....) any tips for how to modify shoulders on a pullover top that is too 'squared off' at the shoulders... they need to be more rounded and conform rather than pucker out, and that's even before I raise my arms to exaggerate the effect... Any tips would be appreciated. TY

But I want old elbow length t shirts back I can't get anything to fit me any more as mens chlothes are now just as tight as womens chlothes it's ridiculous we are not all vain meat heads with big arms and tattoos all over our arms that need constant attention I want to be able to lift my arm without the the t shirt arm pulling tight all the time just feel so uncomfortable In todays skin tight mens chlothes

If the outer edge of the sleeve is up, it’s possible that your t-shirt shoulders are too narrow.

Why do so many men’s t shirts have such terrible sleeve fits? I’m skinny so 99% of t shirts I see in stores have ginormous sleeves but even a guy with bigger biceps like you seems to struggle too. It’s like all men’s t shirts are designed for extremely fat arms.

I know this is a long shot but i have a hoodie which is way to big around my stomach/waist area and around the arms. The length is too long too but it has a full length zip so that can stay as it but i would love to knoe how to take in the waist and sleeves so it actually looks right/a little professional rather than odd looking. Any help would be perfect.

Thanks for the feedback man. Subscribers watch for longer, but the overwhelming majority of my views come from non subscribers, and they don't watch for longer than a few minutes. Whether my video is 12 minutes or 4 people watch for about 3:30 according to my analytics. Doesn't make sense to make long videos if people don't watch the whole thing.
