What you need to know to trade part-time, including success rates, what to focus on to improve, and how to balance following a process with results.
A note on the success rates I talked about: I was a trader at a prop firm for many years and got to see many traders come and go. Only 4% could make a living from trading. Within that group, the living varied from what many would consider a very high income to barely making ends meet (as a sole source of income). The top 85% of traders (but outside the top 4%) could make some money, but not enough to live off. The bottom part of that group mostly decided that the time commitment wasn't worth what they were making.
