The Standard program in Ballroom dancing consists of 5 dances: Waltz, Foxtrot, Quickstep, Viennese Waltz and Tango. In all of them, there are some common principles in body usage and shape. In this tutorial I break it down to pieces and give you an exercise for effective training with and without music.
