I cannot find where is the templates link, help please? Great analogy by the way, with practical steps that still need some effort from our behalf to navigate them, I love when I find a unique way of thinking in someone.

45 minute video is basically two steps: Step 1: imagine the person you want to be Step 2: break it down into smaller, manageable steps Doesn’t seem like anything really novel here. My suggestion is read Psychocybernetics and remind yourself daily that a person with a “why” can bear any “how”.

It's simple advice, but it makes a big difference. It's like saying ''be yourself'', but how can you be yourself if you're not aware of it? The exercises are basic, but they teach you to be aware of the problems you cause. It's not just about saying ''do this'', but opening your own eyes about what you are causing and fighting against. People want to reach 2.0, but they are not interested in facing the reality of 1.1, 1.2... And he humbly shows this, more than 10 years to face a camera?

@@cleber7081 the people trying to find the answer to the question “how can you be yourself if you’re not aware of it” are wasting their time trying to find it on KZitem and instead need to take a pen and paper, sit for a few hours with no distractions, and ask themselves what do they truly care about in life, that they are willing to die for or would want to exist even when they don’t. If you can’t come up with anything, reflect back to your childhood and the things that gave you joy. Carl Jung would recommend tapping into the creative version of yourself, draw color paint write dance play sculpt… bring something new into existence and see what comes out on the other side. Sometimes the answer is “more with less”, rather than what am I missing or what can I add.

Requirements are: coin, connections, crews, clout, computer code, control, corporate communities, and opulent opportunities. Without the eight, a hero you ain't. 💪😎✌️ No exceptions. #copium

Really like the idea of going through different upgraded versions of yourself, instead of going from 1.0 to 2.0. it takes a bit of the pressure off the whole process

Thank you for sharing this and I'm so happy this perspective helps you! Embarking on my own journey, I constantly got overwhelmed by trying to imagine myself at V2.0 not realising that this unconsciously pressured me to create unreasonable expectations, which led to frequent burnout. The gradual version shift, was a practical way to show compassion to myself, build realistic expectations and give myself a pat on the back every time I achieved a new version upgrade! I wish you all the best with your journey 😊

Thank you for your kind words! Seeing comments like yours definitely keeps me motivated to keep publishing. I don't mind if not many people see the value, as long as they reach the few that do. 😊

Yes, thank you for emphasising this. I think about this point all the time. People don't realise the void they enter into when embarking on many personal goals.
