How to trick yourself into getting over the fear for the double back. Have you tried everything but just cant get over the double backflip fear? This method allows you to start with the double side (not even required to land) and by just using a simple arm motion you can cause yourself to do a side in back out which will in turn get you over the fear of the second flip for the double backflip.
This won't work for everybody and is "unconventional" so I don't recommend it for everybody. Practice safe.
