I have mine on drivers side with 24 lb injectors @ 100psi 8lbs of boost. Runs like a champ! And I literally beat the shit out of it. Currently doing a trans swap. Also can you do video on that extra injector? Keep the vids coming bro.

Fuck yeah! Homemade Turbo style! if you can find bigger injectors that fit (i used dsm injectors in a honda) then you can use an Apex'i SAFC to tune it. The safc will cut the map voltage so the ecu sees less air, so it opens the injectors half as much, but since the injectors are bigger you'll still get enough fuel. The ecu won't see boost, either. i had a 91 Civic (1.5 sohc) running a t25 to ~12psi...20 years ago 😅

I know it is likely a stretch and many people are lucky enough to not have to pass emmisions but is it possible to pass emissions with a turbo on one of these? I have the skills to plumb the exhaust out the back

But you being able to say I need this injector, wired to here and take fuel from my rail, set it on a 5v reference to recognize boost with a map sensor to make sure it’s a smooth transition, that sir is next level engineer shit : )

It was! The weather had a huge effect on how it ran! But now i have swapped a turbo diesel into it and have not had any issues at all

So I'm doing a Fender exit on my Turbo as well but I think I'm going to have about 12" of piping should I put it before the Turbo then would you Recommend that ? I'm going to be using the X series AEM wideband

It was a stock block! I imagine it had 300 ballpark hps, id highly recommend doing this as it was a ton of fun!

I really didn't just fooled the computer into not seeing boost and freaking out and then just added a bunch of fuel in boost with a switch controlled by pressure

Thats odd, because ive been daily driving it for 8 months now pushing 5-8 psi no probs, the map doesnt see boost at all with a check ball valve inbetween manifold and map

Take the map sensor off of the throttle body, it uses 2 long bolts, them run a hose to the nipple on the throttle body and the other end of it needs to go to a 1 way check ball valve to not allow boost, then it needs to go from the check valve to a T, one side of the T goes to your map sensor and I ran the other suide of the T through 2 more check valves to work as a way for it to bleed of pressure to the map without bleeding it to quickly,

Thats the long answer and how i have mine set up and found it to work well on my setup, but i started with just a ome check check ball valve between the throttle body and tge map sensor so that it wont read boost, i found thag it liked to hold vacuum though, so i came up woth the long answer and it fixed the problem where i could go wot and it was reading 18psi vacuum lol i was like no no no no

Never had any issues with evap, I deleted it early when I did front bumper and left the lines venting to atmosphere

@@WatsonFabrication well turbo is on. Running 3-4 lbs of boost. Still waiting on injectors. Seems to run fine. Did a 20 minute freeway drive. When the boost starts kicking in the Jeep drops the afr to 10.5 - 13. Cruising with no boost 14.75. under hood temps are crazy though. I'm gonna put a turbo blanket on it and do some exhaust wrap to try and bring it down some. Probably go a step colder on the plugs too. Got a good size intercooler but intake piping still gets pretty warm.

Yes because it was adding all the extra fuel for the boost, the switch did not make the computer add more fuel it added it seperately from the factory tune

Thank you for you video and knowledge it has helped alot I plan on drilling a hole in my throttle body spacer and thats where the 7th injector is going to fuel the Tb during boost in theory this should work the same way as your setup also with less chance of heat soaking the intake pipes and starting a fire id rather have the fuel spraying under the butterfly.
