You make this look so easy when it absolutely is not. True sign of an expert craftsmen. Diamonds are nice but the value is rigged. These are spectacular stones in their own right.

Hello please I have a stone like this at first I was very happy I thought it was a diamond but when I tested it it turned out it was not a diamond.... I have a question the first is is this stone rare the second question is what types of gemstones might be associated with this stone because I will go back to search in the place where I found it.... Thank you 👋

Stunning I absolutely love Morganite. Diamonds IMO are boring compared to the spectrum of colours available in the other groups. As a beginner only using low quality stones I’ve found myself over the years, is superglue an ok adhesive to use if your only tools are a drill and grinding stone (secured with vice grip of course) ? 😂 I finally bought one yesterday and am finally ready to take the plunge tomorrow hopefully! The plan is to superglue the stone (once I’ve flattened once side by hand) to a steel nail & cut it off. I also have a dremel but the attachments are too expensive to practice on I feel so I’d like to get thru the trial and error part & understand the stones etc first.
@stuartgems7593
Жыл бұрын
super glue is fine for what you are doing you will need to use heat or solvent to remove the stone good luck and have fun with it

Why don't you make windows when examining for flaws? According to the old, turning was obligatory and the girdle was round. I don’t know how this affected the play of light in the stone.

this is a very transparent gemstone no need to polish a window, a faceted girdle allows you to aline the crown and pavilion facets it dos not affect brilliance much
