do you know why I am and I like your you tube channel? because you still use the Sony a6500. many are wondering why you have not changed camera yet while they all have the Sony a73 or other cameras. I still have my Sony a6500 too and thank you for continuing to talk about the Sony a6500. I think you'll change a camera one day but I'm happy to follow an artist who continues to use the Sony a6500. And with the a6500 i can see that you make contents better than others who have some new cameras. I have stopped to follow a lot of other youtubers I used to follow because they all talk about the Sony a73 or Blackmagic etc...only. I prefer to follow youtubers who bring me advice with the equipment that I use too. I am also mounting a rig with the Sony a6500 and Sony a7s2. your video is very informative. I appreciate the content of your channel. Peace from France Dude. Keep doing dope content for us. Peace, I’m « hak », nice to meet u. 😉

Good points but at the end of the day it's always best to follow creators for their skills, not because they use the same camera as you. This guy clearly has the skill to create engaging content no matter what camera he's using.

Thank you, Dennis, I translate into English from my language. it is Spanish. Now I want and go for that smallrig kit.

In terms of mounting solutions, you could look into the SmallRig nato monitor mount (2100) and a nato rail. It acts like a quick release system and roughly $60 altogether.

i use same setup. Never selling my 18 -35. Really want to get that 24-70 Sigma art since it comes with image stabilization but I think its for Full frame. I have 50-100 but its such a punch to use that I'd rather have 34-70 zoom instead since its a smaller lens. the 50-100 is huge and breathes too much for me. I Mf mostly but when I do want to AF I wish it was a little better.

hi, i was wondering if i wanted to get into video, should i look into making a rig like this or get a gimbal? would you say that if you practice on a rig like yours, that you can do anything a gimbal can do? if so, i would rather do things handheld without one.

also, i hear that the sigma 18-35 has very loud AF noises so you can't use a mic on your camera. how do you use your 18-35 without this issue? oh, and your link to the v mount battery does not work. can you update that? it looks like you link a v mount battery and a plate, but what about the piece in between?

Hey Dennis, how do you deal with the fact that when recording in 4K all the info (like exposure and shutter speed) is displayed in camera monitor while the the image itself can be seen via external monitor. It’s only in 4K mode, HD is fine. Is there a way to solve this? Thanks for awesome content dude!!
