Good explanation, but I think you missed two important data - 13089-0003 thickness, uncompressed and compressed. It will help to calculate steel plate thickness in advance.

How would this mod be for day to day use ? Im going to try this over the cold spell. My 06 has stock clutch in so wondering if you could break this down for me. On a stock clutch stack ( UK version if it makes any difference ), which plate is removed and replaced with what size ? cheers bud !

The easiest way to tell if they're the same is look them both up and compare the part numbers.

are there any cons to doing this to a 4th gen zx10r? such as longevity?

It adds little weight to the clutch pack, that's about it.

Ok I think one of your videos answered my question lol basically I’m getting a lot of slip at high rpm and I was wondering if maybe I made a mistake and I see I did so I’m going to repair it and try again but could you maybe tell me where I can get that clutch hub mod ?
@everydayirace

If you're talking about judder spring that this video was about, there is a part number and ebay link in the description of the video where you can buy this judder spring. You also have to watch the whole video and understand how to correct clutch stack height with this judder spring.
