I use the naturelab Tokyo shine scrub. It's a sugar based exfoliate with sake. It also lathers. I love it so much!

Just picked up this one & excited to give it a try! I’ve tried several purchased scalp scrubs as well as a DIY & have liked most but my favorite by far has been Seed Phytonutrients’ Scalp & Roots Oat Mask which, despite being called a mask, is an exfoliating treatment that is definitely more of a scrub. I came across Seed @ ULTA (though have since also seen the brand, though not the product, @ Whole Foods); I haven’t tried anything else in the line but have been LOVING the scrub, & also really like that it’s in a tube as it’s much easier to not waste. I’ll be thrilled if I like the NYM as much, especially as it’s less than half the price for almost twice the amount of product!

I use Bondi Boost scalp scrup I'm in LOVE with it worth every penny. I also use it with the rapid repair shampoo and conditioner from the same line it's not only destroying my split ends and making my hair thicker but it is in fact making my hair grow as well.

I don't like scalp scrubs because I notice I have more shedding afterwards.😥
@GamingWithMus

That's just hair that would be coming out anyhow. It's like if you scrub your skin and see dead skin coming off. It's dead anyhow and you'd be shedding it soon, but exfoliating helps speed up the process so you may see a lot of dead skin come off in the shower. Same concept with exfoliating your scalp.

@@GamingWithMus thank you for responding. But if I see more shedding than I usually see.. it definitely isn't normal. Atleast for me scrubs are too abrasive and totally unnecessary. In my experience I feel it isn't speeding up the shedding process I feel it's causing me breakage instead. I rather use a sulfate shampoo with a gentle brush (to exfoliate dead skin) once in a while than a scrub. Exfoliation of the scalp can cause over production of sebum because it can be irritating.

Rosemary is one of the first essential oils people choose to promote hair growth and reduce hair loss. Rosemary oil stimulates new hair growth and can be used to treat androgenetic alopecia. Mix a few drops of rosemary oil into a carrier oil and massage it into your hair and scalp before rinsing.

I have seborrheic dermatitis, and I think I'll stick to my medicated shampoo and harsher sulfates instead of this. This is too abrasive for me.
