My go-to cardio is LISS (Low Intensity Stead State) cardio including: 30-40 minutes walking at a 15% incline at about a speed of 2.5. Try it out sometime! You might be surprised at how much harder this is than you think. You don't always need to run your legs off in order to burn calories. (; Work smarter, not harder.
