Do you plug 🔌 the Blender to an electric socket while you immerse it in a liquid source ?

Very helpful. Thank you. One question that has been bothering me. How can you prevent immersion blender from scratching pot?
@PeasAndHoppiness

Great question! Sometimes I find when I hold the blender completely upright it tends to suction onto the bottom, which is when I find I have trouble with scratching the pot. To release the suction, hold the blender at a little bit of an angle (you can see this in the video), and then it's a little easier to control where it goes and how it moves. Does that help?

@@PeasAndHoppiness Can you rephrase ur explanation? Also can the head touch the bottom of the pot (will it scratch the pot?) or we need to lift up a bit so as not to touch the bottom? Thanks

@@viet862 of course! It depends on the type of pot you're using; if you're using a pot with a non-stick surface you'll have to be much more careful than if you're using a stainless steel pot. To avoid scratching the pot: 1. Tilt the blender slightly to release suction on the bottom. A lot of suction on the bottom will pull the blender to the bottom of the pot and when you move it around it can scratch it. 2. It's okay to rest the blender lightly on the bottom of the pot (this is why you need to tilt it), but be careful not to drag the blender along the bottom of the pot if it's suctioned on - this will likely cause it to scratch. I'll make a second video to explain this better and reply to you once I've finished it! This is a great question that definitely deserves clarification!

Yes, it's definitely a bit loud! I recommend turning on closed captioning (the "CC" in the controls at the bottom of the screen) so you can understand what I'm saying. Thanks for pointing this out!
