Clear explanations. I was not understanding the filter function and sortby function. But by taking time to follow your explanations, I am able to apply them to other applications. All clear now.

Thanks for this. But could you explain what happens when ending inventory goes to zero. Also, how do calculate the cost of goods sold for a specific period?

Thank you for taking the time to make this video. In the section starting around 21:19 about LIFO, I don't understand what the numbers in column G are supposed to represent. For G3 you say "the wanted value here is 100 not 700", but why? What does 100 mean int that case? Same when you say "the wanted value is 0 not 600" (what is 0?). I need some further explanation to grasp the idea.

I have just seen for Average method. Wrong logic. Wrong Logic. with your method any purchase made some years earlier will affect the cost of goods sold. which would definitely violate accounting principles. In your beginning example the product cost of sold should be 4.3 $. whereas according to your logic it is to be calculated as 4.39 which is incorrect.

@@birds9713 your opinion is true if you use perpetual method but I used periodic method and it's right also Thank you for your comment 🌹
