Denzel, I recommend you look into a solo 401k as opposed to the self directed IRA. The solo 401k allows much more flexibility, can be a Roth 401k, and you don’t encounter the really high UDFI taxes from some real estate investments that you get with SD IRA.

Quick question Im just starting out with this strategy....something that never is talked about in all the velocity banking videos I've watched or read is how do you budget for either things you need(like car or house repairs) or things you want (like a tool or some new kicks etc) for instance if your cash flow is say $1000 a month and you chunk say $10000 it would take you 10 months to pay it back which is how it's explained BUT what if you spend more money one month and your cash flow decreases? This will Increase how long it takes you to pay down your chunk. Thoughts??

Rich Proto well rich if you watch my videos closely I lowball the cashflow in most of my videos number 1. Number 2 your quick scenario of the 1k cashflow taking ten months to pay it back is not how velocity banking works if that’s how it worked then there would be no difference to debt snowball method. I highly suggest taking a deeper dive into my channel because I go over everything your asking about. Also I’m starting to do live-streams so stay tuned in

Rich Proto in terms of spending more than what you’d expect in a month is something I always account for in my videos by lowering the actual cashflow of an individual

Hi Denzel. Thanks for the info. Whole life insurance is in my opinion the best savings tool. Is it true; When you take out a loan against the cash value it’s interest free??
@DenzelNapoleonRodriguez
5 жыл бұрын
Nelson Graca no you do pay interest on policy loans. The insurance company will charge an interest rate but will also credit you interest earrings on your cash value to offset the borrowing costs. If you have a properly designed policy you can offset your borrowing costs with velocity banking

I'm new at this. Does a ploc from a good bank or credit union have the ability to write checks or pay big bills online? Many companies don't allow me to use my c.c. to pay for these bills... are you able to do that with a ploc?

Hey Denzel. I remember watching one of your videos and hearing about a way to use a 3rd party company to get cash off a credit card without incurring a cash advance fee. Do you either happen to know which video that was in so I can go find out how to do that or do you remember what the source is where I can do this? Thanks, Lee

Hey all, I just received a CLOC from Navy Federal for 15k at 13.9% rate. Would it be wise to chunk 10k and have my checking account stay at zero for 6 months while I throw all income earned into the CLOC and still pay expenses through the regular checking account that’s at zero as the CLOC is backing up the regular checking account? Then let it catch up and perform another large chunk? Thanks in advance, J

Jason O I got the same line of credit from Nfcu they are the best, I actually do what you are talking about and just keep my checking at zero and pay my bills from loc., and my pay check goes back into my line of credit. I never have to worry about paying bills late.

If my debt weapon is a credit card and I cant pay my mortgage with my credit card, is it ok if I leave my paycheck in my bank to pay my mortgage instead of putting on my credit card? Basically, if I only use my credit card for all expense but mortgage and leave enough from my paycheck in my bank account to only pay my mortgage, will I get the same result?

Tim Seitz you could use plastiq. But it comes with a fee. It’s essentially a way to pay for things like mortgages with a credit card. I am looking into myself.

@@captaincane64 Yes, but its like a 5% fee. that would cost me almost 1k a year.
@timseitz5943

I also hear that your credit card views it as a cash advance which means you could pay a big fee on that side too.
@captaincane64
5 жыл бұрын
@@timseitz5943 yeah i have read the same thing in my research. I am going to have to get on the phone with someone from Plastiq and get a better understanding of which credit card companies will handle this transaction as a cash advance and which ones will not and move from there. I think the 5% fee could potentially be offset if you are using a card that gives you points or maybe use a business credit card to pay the mortgage through Plastiq which would then make the 5% fee null and void because you can write off the fees associated with the transaction as a business expense ( make sure you confirm with your tax professional). Hope you figure out something and that it works for you!
