Great video ! Does mr base is enough for coloring kits white or you still need white paint after mr base

This could be used as just a simple white base. After applying you don't need to touch it up with any other white unless you're going for a different look.

I must say i stil don't get the purpose of Mr. Base White. You seem to put it directly on plastic - so does it mean it is a primer? How is it different to Mr. White Surfacer 1000? I assume with the grade of 1000 Mr.Base White is not a paint. For example - i have a small resin model with imperfections (3D Print layers) - which i hope can be hidden by the first layer of whatever coating i should first put on. The intended color is White Paint with Matt Coating. i've got Mr. White Base 1000, Mr. White Surfacer 1000, and Mr. Finishing Surfacer White 1500. I still want to keep most of the outer edges detailed. Is there one of those 3 which i shouldn't use? Is there any case when both of them (Mr. Base White and Mr. White Surfacer) should be applied? In what order? As i say i am very confused about the purpose of Mr. Base White. Thank You in advance.

DIRECT QUOTE FROM MR. HOBBY "Mr. Base White 1000 (SF283): Mr. BASE WHITE is useful for making a black, red or other dark-colored surface white. This newly developed product uses special pigments to completely hide the base color and aids application of detailed finishing and top coats. Because it also works as a surfacer, it can be used to hide small imperfections." You can use it as a surfacer/primer directly on the bare plastic, it's what the product is meant for. It's basically Mr. Surfacer 1000 white, but with a little less filling properties and the pigments block out darker colors with few coats. Hope that helps.
