There are various ways to make paneer,this video is only to show how to use paneer press as it was requested by many. Duration of 4 hours is needed for long term storage. If u don't like planner burji ,,, u can put the unshaped non proper panner in the mixer grinder ,, u Wil get the perfect shape for it ,,, I have prepared panner as my North Indian friend recepie ,,, try this method ,, works amazing ,, u don't need to wait for 4 hours and all

@@NeesKitchen wen u grind it in mixer grinder add lil water if it is over dry ,,, I mean two or 3 spoons ,,, Bec it could be dry after 4 hours of waiting ,,, is it went as a spam !!! It's ok dear ,,, keep rocking ,,, convey my regards Mami also ,,, happy to see Mami again in ur spice box video ,,

I followed your video.. It came out well.. I didn't have panneer press I used plate to do it.. Corners are little crumble but texture came out perfect and it is super soft

Just have a doubt....wen I make paneer it turns similar to yours in look ...wen I freeze nd use wen needed .....wen I put into gravies it does not holds it shape ... Do u know why ...I add full cream milk and little fresh cream .

After removing from.freezer put in luke warm water first then put in warm water..It's not tightly pressed may be...I mostly use on same day..

Hi Nee! Thanks a lot for your paneer video, I bought the vessel from India too, thanks a lot !! Just tried it today and it was a big hit!! I used white vinegar and kept it for 5 hours instead of 4 (because I went out) but it was so soft and yummy! I made palak paneer with it! Really thank you! Instead of vinegar 1 cup curd is good for 1ltr milk... It comes out very well, in the same paneer press vessel.
