1.Provide help - people are more like to help those who help them in return. 2. Appeal to their self interest- ( Robert green once said "while talking to someone forget who you are discover the person front of you") 3. Utilize their Misfortune - Use others bad moods to gain their trust and support. ( example Ayanokoji to hirata in s3) 4. Avoid hostility - Never offend anyone. Ayanokoji once said in LN “I never looked down on any one because whether they succeed or fail has nothing to do with me" 5.Let others be the leader -“let other do the work for you ”.so you don't attract any unnecessary trouble's. 6.Never isolate yourself - “without knowing what is happening in the street you can't protect yourself "by 48 laws of power. 7.Purify the choice - let them believe they are the one came up with the idea ( S1= security camera case)

Logically you just have to be isolated mentally because no one will manipulate you since you are the only one that is thinking about yourself

Koenji is a full fledged narcissist with a god complex. Aayanokoji is probably a high functioning factor one psychopath, with a high functioning Machiavellian'ism constituting parts of his psychological profile.

Koenji is a complete narcissist with a God complex, though he is also intellectually apt and Machiavellian-but predominantly a narcissist. He can have this psychological profile because his future is essentially assured and he was groomed for power from a young age. On top of this, his appearance is flawless(meticulously maintained physique and well kept grooming) so he has complete certainty in himself and his capabilities-become a larger than life figure as a result.

@@Keito__37 Your grammar had a small mistake so I can presume that English isn’t your first language, though there are several other plausible explanations. However, your query is smart and therefore I commend your Machiavellian intellect. To answer your question, you should give something which is expendable to yourself but not to the opposition(For instance, this could be because you have more resources at your disposal or because the ‘gift’ was intrinsically valuable to the target). That is to say that at face value-it should always be well known by the public(though, you may want to give this ‘gift’ in private, hence I say all parties involved) or all parties as a gift/one way transaction that appears to be altruistic. You should not appear to be incentivised to do this. Nota Bene that If these conditions are met, it is easier to manipulate someone and take something from them with greater impunity as you have penetrated their defences by building some rapport and trust perhaps. Ultimately, “one should adapt their plans as circumstances are favourable, all warfare-is based on deception.” To quote Sun Tzu.
